JAMIE VENUTI, MA, CMPC

  • Jamie earned her Bachelor's in Management of Sport Industries from the University of New Haven and her Master's in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

  • She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

  • Jamie has been an athlete most of her life; she was a dancer, gymnast and equestrian in her youth and played varsity field hockey for her middle school and high school team. Recreationally, Jamie has many interests including volleyball, football, motocross/supercross, shooting (archery and firearms), and exercising.

  • She has experience working with individuals and groups ages 6 to 65 and from beginner to elite skill levels. Jamie has worked with equestrian, volleyball, motocross/supercross, gymnastics, baseball, and archery populations to name a few.

  • Jamie practices sport psychology herself in her recreational sport endeavors and strives to not only help her own performance, but to help anyone who crosses her path so they have a stronger and more positive mindset.

  • She is a firm believer of working together with clients along this journey; she is all about meeting clients where they are at so there is a better understanding and application of mental skills fit specifically to the unique needs of the individual, small group or team.

  • Jamie has a friendly, fun, energetic spirit that puts clients at ease and feel comfortable working with her. She strives to show and provide constant support throughout the consulting relationship so the client can successfully achieve performance excellence and is able to fully grasp the knowledge, awareness, skills and application as whole.
